Novotel Krakow Centrum

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the indoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check-in, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place for a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for Xmas!

The venue was in a very central location close enough to the restaurant as well as the centre and the castle. The room was big size and cheap and featured a writing desk and video games.

it was surely a thoroughly enjoyable stay for one night. the hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a beautiful area, close to the common areas as well as various restaurants. the staff that checked us in was very hospitable and easygoing. the location was perfect and amazing for walking around a history museum.

Very good modern room facilities. Comfortable beds. Kettle, various types of tea. Nespresso machine with coffee capsules. Close to the Wawel.

The location was marvellous and decent, within walking distance of Old Town. The restaurant was superb for romantic dinner, I tried excellent dishes.

The location to the city centre is very good.

The dining room's too small. Not enough coffee machines. Too loud in the dining room. A seat in the form of an armchair is not enough in the room. The cleaning of the rooms was not always good. Without knowledge of English, communication with the personnel is impossible.

Very clean and quiet room on the top floor. Breakfast with super selection. The staff is ready to help as you wish. Booked a trip to Auschwitz via the hotel. Everything's perfect here, too. I'd be right back booking an executive room here.

The prices at the bar, unfortunately, are considerably above the other prices.

Totally recommend for a short stay

Comfortable beds, spacious room, the indoor swimming pool was a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

we arrived at 11 in the morning and they found 3 rooms for us which was great because we had come on a early flight. we had rooms at the front of the hotel which had great views of the river and castle. this hotel will take some beeting at the price.

My stay was very relaxing for 6 nights. Double room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was very close to Wawel and the main square, the castle and old town and Krakow for a city break. A cool bonus was Zonglerka, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

A very family friendly, clean and well equipped hotel. Very nice staff, nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, great wellness area and a perfect location! You can quickly get to the centre on foot. The restaurant in the hotel is also recommended. All around a super hotel with a great price/performance ratio.

All the staff and services were extremely good the breakfast was excellent and the stay went smoothly
